On April 21, 2022, CCAIA held an online video conference with the Secretariat of Chlorine Institute (CI). In-depth discussions were held between Mr. Frank, President of CI, Zhang Peichao, Vice President and Secretary General of CCAIA, and Wang Lili, Vice Director of the CCAIA¡¯s International Cooperation Working Committee. The two sides exchanged opinions on the development status, supply and demand of chlor-alkali industry and the impact of the CIVID-19 pandemic on logistics both in China and the United States. The two sides reached a consensus through exchanges, and are expected to regularly hold online video conferences for information sharing in an effort to achieve long-term exchanges and cooperation.
