On April 28, the group standard first draft seminar of the Guidelines for the Investigation of Safety Risks and Hidden Dangers in Chlorinated Polyvinyl Chloride Enterprises was held in Hangzhou, with the participation of heads and persons in charge from Hangzhou Electrochemical, Shandong Gaoxin, Xinjiang Tianye, Xinjiang Zhongtai, Shandong Xiangsheng, Shandong Yada, Shandong Aoxing, Jiangsu Liwen andYiliTaixuamong other preparation units. With Zheng Jiebin, Vice Secretary General of CCAIA, presiding over the meeting, Hangzhou Electrochemical, the chief editor, introduced the preparation. The participating enterprises exchanged and discussed the key inspection items, process safety, equipment safety, electrical safety and instrument safety risk troubleshooting items, methodsand basis of the first draft.
