From March 26th to 28th, the CCAIA organized a safety management improvement training session for chlorine-related enterprises in Hangzhou. A total of 150 trainees from chlorine producers and consumers participated in the session. Zhang Xin, the Vice President of the CCAIA, delivered a speech at the opening of the class, presided over by Li Qiong, Director of the Comprehensive Management Department. Hu Yongqiang, the head of the CCAIA¡¯s safety expert team and the safety director of Hangzhou Electrochemical, Qin Wenhao, the deputy head of the association's safety expert team, as well as relevant experts from Yibin Tianyuan, Shandong Haobang, and Shaanxi Beiyuan, respectively conducted training on the development of first level enterprises in safety standardization, filling and use of liquid chlorine, emergency response and typical accident cases of chlorine gas leakage, standardized creation and refined management of chlor-alkali teams, and hydrogen-related safety management norms. They also focused on interpreting the standards of Technical Specification for Chlorine Gas Safety in Chemical Enterprises and "Guidelines for Equipment Safety Assessment and Management in Chlor-Alkali Enterprises". During the training period, the teaching experts and students had systematic communication and Q&A sessions, while also visiting and learning from Hangzhou Electrochemical Group on site.
