A Training Session on AI-Enabled Development was Organized in Shanghai for In-House Trainers of Chlor-Alkali Companies

From May 25 to 28, a training session on AI-enabled development was organized in Shanghai by CCAIA, tailored to in-house trainers of chlor-alkali companies. More than 20 trainees from 17 chlor-alkali and related enterprises participated in the training. Li Qiong, Director of CCAIA's Comprehensive Management Department, delivered an opening speech. The training lasted for 3 days and 2 nights, featuring courses such as Roles, Responsibilities and Strategic Value of In-House Trainers, Course Development and Design, Application of DeepSeek/AI in Training, and Mind Mapping Practice. Combining the characteristics of industry safety, standardized equipment operation, technical processes, etc., the instructors taught trainees the concepts and methods of in-house trainer course development through vivid explanations, interactive Q&A sessions, and paragraph-style summarization. Through the closed-loop training model of "learning-practice-evaluation-improvement", trainees produced standard courseware on-site, achieving rapid conversion of learning outcomes, systematically enhancing in-house trainer skills, and helping enterprises further improve their internal training systems.
