On July 25, the seminar for key trichloroethylene and tetrachloroethylene production enterprises, organized by CCAIA, was held in Alxa, Inner Mongolia. Over 30 representatives from key enterprises attended the meeting, including Zhejiang Juhua, Ningbo Juhua, Inner Mongolia Dakang, Befar Group, Shandong Xinlong, Dongying Huatai, Wuhu Ronghui, Chongqing Yingtianhui, Chongqing Tianyuan, Luxi Chemical, Inner Mongolia Dongxing, Guangdong HEC, and Zhejiang Yonghe. Zheng Jiebin, Deputy Secretary-General of CCAIA, presided over the meeting. Zhu Shoutao, Chairman of Inner Mongolia Dakang Industrial Co., Ltd., the host unit of the meeting, delivered a welcome speech. Deng Dajun, Deputy General Manager of Chlor-Alkali New Materials Division of Zhejiang Juhua; Yan Yunlu, Head of the 3rd Sales Department of Chlor-Alkali Division of Befar Group; and Wang Yang, Deputy Director of the Information and Market Department of CCAIA, delivered detailed speeches on the market development of HFCs and blended refrigerants in 2025, the current situation and development trends of the tetrachloroethylene industry, and the development and market operation of China's calcium carbide industry, respectively. Participating enterprises exchanged views on the production and operation status of trichloroethylene and tetrachloroethylene in 2024 and the first half of this year, as well as their corporate development plans. They focused on discussions and exchanges regarding expanding downstream application fields of trichloroethylene and tetrachloroethylene, strengthening technical exchanges, exploring international markets, and addressing internal competition.
