A working conference on anti-dumping measures against epichlorohydrin in India was held

 On January 24th, CCAIA organized the Indian Epichlorohydrin Anti-dumping Response Work Conference, attended by CCAIA, Jiangsu Yangnong, Ningbo Huanyang, and Global Law Office. The Vice president and Secretary General of the Association Zhang Peichao and the Director of the Research Department Wang Li attended the meeting. The meeting exchanged the progress of the case. Since the start of the response work, with the joint efforts of the CCAIA, enterprises, and law firms, all the work is being carried out in an orderly manner. The industry damage defense and the enterprise questionnaire have been submitted to the Indian Ministry of Commerce and Industry. The meeting discussed and determined the key points of follow-up response work: 1. Participating enterprises actively cooperate with relevant work such as issuing invitation letters for on-site verification. 2. In the process of response work, attention should be paid to the confidentiality of confidential information. 3. Actively seek and communicate with Indian downstream enterprises, industry organizations and other stakeholders. CCAIA will continue to organize follow-up work such as on-site verification and hearings, and strive to achieve favorable results in the case response work.
